Objectives
Enterprises needed an efficient way to integrate their custom business systems with popular collaboration and workspace tools. The objective was to enable seamless flow of information between enterprise systems and employee workspaces. The solution needed to support automated notifications, content delivery, and user interactions. It also needed to improve system adoption and employee productivity.
Solutions
We developed a configurable integration framework that connects custom enterprise systems with collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, WhatsApp, and Jira. The framework required secure configuration on both the enterprise system and workspace sides, enabling controlled and role-based access. Once configured, the system could automatically push scheduled or event-based notifications including text, infographics, audio-visual content, quizzes, and assessments directly into user workspaces. Users could also interact with the content and send responses or updates back to the enterprise systems without leaving their workspace. This created a seamless two-way interaction layer between systems and users. The framework supported multiple use cases such as training delivery, organizational announcements, workflow approvals, and productivity tracking. Its modular architecture allowed easy scalability across tools and business functions. This significantly improved user experience and operational efficiency.
