AI platform for faster adverse event reporting.

Objectives
The objective was to develop a digital platform for reporting and analyzing medical device adverse events efficiently. The client needed a system that could simplify reporting from healthcare providers while ensuring regulatory compliance and data accuracy. The solution also needed to support multiple input formats including documents and voice for wider accessibility. Additionally, it aimed to strengthen patient safety through proactive monitoring and analysis.
Solutions
We designed and developed a secure, scalable adverse event reporting platform for healthcare professionals to digitally submit safety incidents. The system integrated advanced OCR to automatically extract relevant information from uploaded documents such as patient reports and device records, eliminating manual data entry. Voice recognition capabilities were implemented to allow users to verbally report adverse events in multiple languages, improving usability and inclusivity across diverse healthcare environments. The platform included structured data collection workflows ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
An intelligent analytics layer was developed to analyze reported incidents, identify trends, and detect potential risk patterns. Seamless integration with existing healthcare systems enabled efficient data exchange and centralized monitoring. The platform provided a user-friendly interface, making reporting faster and significantly reducing effort for healthcare professionals. This digital transformation enabled faster regulatory response and improved healthcare decision-making.
