Objectives
The client required seamless integration between its external eCommerce/ERP platform and LMS to automate training license provisioning for partners and resellers. Manual processes caused fulfillment delays and operational inefficiencies. The objective was to automate the complete order-to-training fulfillment lifecycle while ensuring high security and partner autonomy. The solution needed to scale globally and comply with enterprise security standards.
Solutions
We developed a middleware-driven integration platform connecting the client's external ERP/eCommerce system with the Docebo LMS using secure APIs. The platform automated the entire Order-to-Cash fulfillment flow, including course purchase, payment confirmation, and license provisioning. Once a transaction was completed, the system automatically created and assigned training seats and subscriptions within the LMS. Single Sign-On (SSO) integration enabled secure and seamless access for partners and resellers. Partners were empowered as Power Users to allocate licenses to their learners independently. The system ensured real-time synchronization of license and user data across platforms. Enterprise-grade security controls ensured safe handling of user and transaction data. The architecture was designed to support global reseller ecosystems and future platform expansion.
