AI Co-Pilot for Solar Installers
ENERGY
AI for CleanTech with Procurement Intelligence
AI co-pilot for solar installation professionals, with plant BOM generation and procurement optimization.

Objectives
The objective was to develop an AI-powered co-pilot to assist solar installers in planning, optimizing, and procuring components for solar plant installations. The goal was to reduce manual effort, improve cost efficiency, and enable faster, data-driven decision-making in a highly price-volatile market.
Solar installation planning and procurement
We developed an AI-driven conversational co-pilot tailored for solar installation professionals. Installers can input project details such as plant capacity, location, and configuration preferences through a text or voice-enabled interface designed for field usability.
The AI engine generates a complete and technically validated Bill of Materials (BOM), covering solar panels, inverters, AC/DC cables, optional batteries, ACDB, DCDB, earthing systems, mounting structures, and related components. Built-in compatibility rules ensure configuration accuracy and reduce planning errors.
To address component price volatility, the platform integrates real-time market intelligence and supplier data, evaluating pricing, availability, and dealer proximity to recommend the most cost-effective sourcing strategy.
Installers can refine selections before finalization, after which the system enables seamless purchase order generation directly from the platform.
